In Mexico, there are 153 recycling companies, but only a third of them have the capacity to properly manage Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) in electronic waste, said Ives Gómez Salas, general coordinator of COP Projects of the United Nations Development Program in Mexico (UNDP).
